General RMA Policy

At DDRaction.com, we are here to make your exchange or return as quick and easy as possible. Provided that you meet the RMA policy listed below, you may return your purchase for an exchange or return.

  • All exchanges and returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) number . There will be a 20% restocking fee for all returns.
  • 15-day money back/exchange guarantee ( from the Delivery Date) for all return products and defective products. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable in all conditions.
  • Claims of damage, loss or merchandise shortage must be reported within 2-days of receipt to be considered valid. All damages must be informed within 10-days from the ship date.
  • For Damaged items, we will claim with Fedex, UPS, or USPS. Please be sure to keep all original packaging boxes for carrier inspection. You may not be able to claim for the damaged items if you lose your original packing boxes.
  • For exchanges: You must return the item(s) to our warehouse first before replacement part(s) will be sent. Please keep all the original boxes and parts. There will be no cross shipping.
  • We will test all returned products; if the returned product is not defective, we will charge you the shipping cost to ship the item(s) back to you.
  • Return for credit RMA must be requested within 15 days from the delivery date. Thereafter, all sales are final.
  • The returned package must be received within 10 business days of the RMA# issue date. All merchandise returned must be shipped Freight Prepaid. DO NOT refuse delivery. A return shipping fee charge will be deducted from your refund.
  • Products should be in their original condition and enclosed in their original boxes. All original manuals and accessories should be included. If the products are not in their original condition or incomplete; they may be rejected or subject to a 30% or more restocking fee.
  • When returning products, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You also assume responsibility for insuring the returned item.
  • RMA# should be clearly marked on outside of the boxes. Failing to do so will result in delaying RMA process or reject shipment.
  • Opened CDs, Games, software will not be accepted for return. No RMA# number will be issued without the correct Order Number.
  • Parts with permanent marks on them will not be qualified for exchange or credit.
  • All RMA shipment returning to the customer will be shipped by normal ground services. Other shipping methods can be arranged with additional charges
  • There will be a 20% restocking fee on all of the refused or non-deliverable shipments. A return shipping fee will apply for all refused shipments or non-deliverable shipments; such fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • To protect company against abuse, any physical damage caused by mishandling or abused shall void the warranty. We reserve the right to charge restocking fees on products that are returned in less-than-new condition.
  • All warranties are based on the date that the customer received the products. The seller must be notified of any Defective on Arrival (DOA) products within 15 days of the ship date.
  • All items must be returned in "as new" condition in the original packaging and include all accessories, blank warranty cards, UPC codes (attached), and user manuals.

Return Policy Exceptions

To ensure the most efficient processing of your exchange or return, please note that sales on certain manufacturers' products are final. Any products that are exceptions to our standard return policy will be clearly noted on the item description. Please contact the manufacturer for repairs or replacements of these items.

Discontinued Products

At times, Memory Giant will offer specially priced items that have been discontinued by the manufacturer. These items, clearly marked as discontinued, are not eligible for return or exchange.

Clearance Items

Returns on clearance items are accepted within 30 days of the invoice date if the product is damaged or deemed defective. An RMA must be obtained in order for a clearance return to be accepted and processed. We cannot exchange clearance products, as the manufacturer has either discontinued these items or we no longer have them in stock.

Requesting a Product Return

  • Please send e-mail to rma@ddraction.com to obtain a RMA number for credit, repair, or exchanges.
  • Please include your name, phone Number, product Number, product description, serial number, order number, and your reason for returning the merchandise.

After Receiving Your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) Number

  • Write your RMA number legibly on the return label or outside of the package.
  • Return the entire package to:

Crediting Your Account

Credit will be issued within seven business days of receiving your return. All refunds for credit will be issued to the credit card account that appears on the original invoice. Although you may not have been charged for shipping on your original order, the actual cost of the original shipping will be deducted from the amount credited. We will not refund the original freight charge or the freight charge for the return. Please prepaid freight and send items back in a way that you can track the package. DO NOT refuse delivery. All refused or non-deliverable shipments will be subject to a return shipping fee by UPS or FedEx. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount. ALL ITEMS NOT RETURNED IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING IN GOOD CONDITION OR MISSING ITEMS, SUCH AS INSTRUCTIONS, SOFTWARE ETC. OR DAMAGE TO BOX WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE OR A $30.00 REPACKAGING FEE. Warranty can vary by product, please see product sale page for item specific warranty details.

Please note that your financial institution may take up to 10 additional days from the date we issue the credit to post it to your actual account. Questions regarding this should be directed to your financial institution. When returning an item paid for by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you within 10 business days from the time we receive your return.
