At DDRaction.com, we are here to make your exchange or return as quick and easy as possible. Provided
that you meet the RMA policy listed below, you may return your purchase for an exchange or return.
- All exchanges and returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA#) number . There will be a 20% restocking fee for all opened and unopened products, including faulty products.
- No refunds or exchanges on gaming systems such as Nintendo Wii, Playstation 2, Xbox 360, etc.
- No refunds or exchanges on speciality issues such as Nintendo Wii Fit.
30-day money back/exchange guarantee (from the Delivery Date)
for all return products and defective products. Shipping and handling
charges are non-refundable in all conditions.
- Claims of
damage, loss or merchandise shortage must be reported within 7-days
of receipt to be considered valid. All damages must be informed within
10-days from the delivery date.
For Damaged items, we will claim with Fedex, UPS, or USPS.
Please be sure to keep all original packaging boxes for carrier
inspection. You will not be able to claim for damaged items if you
lose your original packing boxes.
- For exchanges:
You must return the item(s) to our warehouse first before replacement
part(s) will be sent. Please keep all the original boxes and parts.
There will be no cross shipping.
- We will
test all returned products; if the returned product is not defective,
we will charge you the shipping cost to ship the item(s) back to you.
Return for credit RMA must be requested within 30 days from
the delivery date. Thereafter, all sales are final.
- The returned
package must be received within 10 business days of the RMA# issue date.
All merchandise returned must be shipped Freight Prepaid. DO NOT
refuse delivery. A return shipping fee charge will be deducted from

- Opened CDs,
Games, software will not be accepted for return. No RMA# number will
be issued without the correct Order Number.
- Parts with
permanent marks on them will not be qualified for exchange or credit.
- All RMA
shipment returning to the customer will be shipped by normal ground
services. Other shipping methods can be arranged with additional charges

company against abuse, any physical damage caused by mishandling or

- All warranties
are based on the date that the customer received the products. The seller
must be notified of any Defective on Arrival (DOA) products within 7
days of the ship date.
- All items
must be returned in "as new" condition in the original packaging
and include all accessories, blank warranty cards, UPC codes (attached),
and user manuals.
Warranties for all products sold at DDRAction.com vary product by product. All warranties are provided by and serviced by the manufacturer of the corresponding product. DDRAction.com offers 30 days warranty for all dance pad, guitar controller products sold through our web site and over the phone. Limited warranty may be provided by the manufacturer of the corresponding product. Please check product description before placing order. Neither the manufacturer nor DDRAction.com will be responsible for freight of items requiring warranty service.
To ensure the most efficient processing of your exchange or return, please note that
sales on certain manufacturers' products are final. Any products that
are exceptions to our standard return policy will be clearly noted on
the item description. Please contact the manufacturer for repairs or replacements
of these items.
All discontinued products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Returns on clearance items are accepted within 30 days of the invoice date if the
product is damaged or deemed defective. An RMA number must be obtained in order
for a clearance return to be accepted and processed. We cannot exchange
clearance products, as the manufacturer has either discontinued these
items or we no longer have the item in stock.
